Poster Session and Submission Guidelines
Participants wishing to present a poster must submit their proposal by August 26, 2024, at 23:59 Swiss Time. This is a valuable opportunity to showcase your research in a friendly and constructive environment, receive feedback from leading experts, and enhance your academic and professional profile.
The poster should be submitted before August 26th, 2024, 23:59, Swiss Time. Acceptance notifications will be sent out before August 30th.
The poster should be written in English and should be sent to us (E-Mail) in pdf format. A board with mounting options (push tacks or similar) will be provided. You will need to print and bring the poster by yourself.
Submissions should have the following format:
Format: PDF
Title: The poster title should be clearly identifiable and at the top of the poster.
Author list: The authors names must be below the title and meet the following format: “Name1 Surname11, Name2 Surname22., etc.” with the presenting author in bold faced font and the superscript number corresponding to the affiliation.
Affiliations: The authors affiliations should be stated right below title and author list in an index of the form:
[1] University City, Nation
[2] Company Nation
Abstract: Each poster should contain an abstract of max 35 words.
Poster size: A0 portrait format (1189mm tall x 841mm wide).
