Lampros Konstantellos received the Diploma (Integrated Master’s) degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Patras, Greece, in 2025, and has over three years of academic and applied research experience in renewable energy systems, smart grids, and electric vehicle integration. In his previous roles, he contributed to multiple projects, focusing on the technical modeling of smart grids, decarbonization strategies for non-interconnected islands, and predictive analytics using Python and energy simulation tools such as Typhoon HIL and urbs/pyGRETA.
As a Research Assistant, Lampros is involved in the orchestration, dissemination, communication, and reporting activities of various European research projects. He has also worked in IoT-based systems development and mentored students as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant for power systems courses.
Lampros conducted his master’s thesis in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and has worked with Fraunhofer ISE on smart charging infrastructure and machine learning for energy forecasting. He is fluent in English and Greek, and has intermediate proficiency in German.
